Resources to Geared For Your Development and Deeper Understanding

If you are considering expanding your mental health knowledge, School Mental Health Ontario has developed a Mental Health Literacy Course for educators and administrators (https://smho-smso.ca/educators/learn-more/mh-lit-online-course/).  This course is split into 6 1-hour modules that you can complete at your own pace and has an incredible assortment of resources within it.

There is also a Mentally Healthy Classroom Reflection Tool (https://smho-smso.ca/blog/online-resources/mentally-healthy-classroom-reflection-tool/) available to prompt reflection and suggest actions you might take to enhance conditions for learning in your classroom
